   The committee agreed to compensate me under precondition.

   Next I turned w/o a lawyer to the Supreme Court and won; No such precondition.
   
   Go back to the committee to be compensated via the Patent Law.
   
   Justice Ministers Shaked and Saar have refused to act as Libai via the Patent law
   
   by violating both law & supreme court verdict, thus damaging F-22 case to Israel.
